Overview
Circle the whole island on Route 1 in a small 4x4 coach with an Icelandic guide. Hike on a glacier, walk behind waterfalls, watch icebergs drift through Jökulsárlón lagoon, look for whales in Húsavík and soak in geothermal pools far from the crowds.
Country hotels and farm stays throughout, with time built in for the weather to do its thing.

Arrive and meet the group for a welcome dinner in the old harbour.

Þingvellir rift valley, Geysir and Gullfoss, ending at a farm stay.

Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, a glacier hike and the black sands of Reynisfjara.

Boat trip at Jökulsárlón and Diamond Beach, then the East Fjords.

Lava fields, Dettifoss and an evening soak at the Nature Baths. Whale watching from Húsavík.

The northern capital, then west to Kirkjufell mountain.

Snæfellsjökull National Park on the way. Farewell dinner.

Transfer to Keflavík airport.
